Our coaches are all highly qualified club coaches used to working with competitive swimmers. We understand the importance of getting the perfect technique so as to maximise each swimmers potential. Whether you are new to competitive swimming or a National champion we have the expertise to help you improve your efficiency in the water. We are able to cater for all strokes at all levels.
All of our coaches work at clubs and our chief coach is an ASA Coach (Level 4) and an ASA Tutor.
We can work with individual swimmers or with clubs. We are open for clubs to hire the facility for their coach to use or we can coach. If your coach wants an underwater video of your stroke then we can provide it.
Parents are able to book their children in for individual sessions knowing that their child will get 100% attention from an expert coach. They will be fully involved in the learning process and will be able to them improve their stroke.

Starts and turns clinics
Our next starts and turns clinic will be running on Wednesday 15th February 1-3pm (this clinic is now full). Our Easter holiday clinic will be on April 3rd 12-2pm. We expect a high level of interest so please book early to avoid disappointment:

4X4 Stroke Clinics
Our 4X4 stroke clinics are very successful and represent excellent value for money. These clinics consist of:
- Four hours of quality stroke analysis using our underwater and overwater analysis system.
- One hour on each of the four competitive strokes.
- The four hours can be split however you like ensuring that all four strokes can be analysed whilst fitting into and swimmers (or parents) busy schedule.
-A DVD of all four stroke sessions to take away.
The cost of these clinics is £180 including the DVD. This represents a large discount on booking four individual sessions.
Alternatively, book a single session to have a look at just one stroke.
