The Swim Centre is the East Regions number one swimming analysis and teaching centre. Based in Bedford, it is staffed by fully qualified ASA Teachers and Coaches.
We provide a safe, warm and clean environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
We have a swimmer centred approach and involve the swimmer fully in the learning process.
We use the most advanced overwater and underwater video technology and our coaches will analyse your stroke fully. We will give you drills to work on and ideas to take away and use in your own training environment.

4X4 Stroke Clinics
Our 4X4 stroke clinics are very successful and represent excellent value for money. These clinics consist of:
- Four hours of quality stroke analysis using our underwater and overwater analysis system.
- One hour on each of the four competitive strokes.
- The four hours can be split however you like ensuring that all four strokes can be analysed whilst fitting into and swimmers (or parents) busy schedule.
-A DVD of all four stroke sessions to take away.
The cost of these clinics is £180 including the DVD. This represents a large discount on booking four individual sessions.
